- 2 x 5 sets of equal ring diameter are required
- All ring diameters must be co-ordinated
- Losses of TC-ring life time in case of installation of new rings in case of unexpected TC-ring damages or groove erosion

- 6x1 sets equal ring diameter are required
- Co-ordination of ring diameters of different sets are not required
- Better utilisation of TC-rings in life time and groove grinding
